Privacy Policy
Narra Studio is an early-stage service run by its owner in Indonesia. This page explains in plain language what data we keep and why.
Data we store
- Your account email, used to sign in and to contact you.
- The content you create: ideas, scripts, voice, visuals and finished videos.
- Tokens for social accounts you connect (for example YouTube), stored encrypted and used only to post with your approval.
- Usage logs, such as job status, credits used and error records, to keep the service running.
Processing with AI
Content is made with help from AI providers: Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude and ElevenLabs. The text, script or voice input needed is sent to those providers for processing, while storage and video rendering run on our own server. AI-generated videos are labelled as synthetic content when posted.
Selling and sharing data
We do not sell your data. Data is shared only with the AI providers above as far as needed to process your request, or when the law requires it.
Requesting deletion
To delete your account and data, or to ask what data we hold, email [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time.
